Needles and hooks required

Drawing with thread. Expanding my umbelliform/seedpod series. The late fall and winter offer many shades of green around Vancouver. Deep in the forest, or out in the gardens, there are evergreen trees and shrubs, as well as grass, and moss. I use plenty of green in my work. I find it very soothing to work with. As often as I can, I make use of small scraps and pieces of fabric given to me by quilters. I like this gentle approach to art making. 8\

Llama Embroidery Art Design

Hand-embroidered llama on linen cloth using a round bamboo hoop and cotton embroidery floss. The llama pictured above is in an 8- inch hoop. The design will be on linen unless otherwise mentioned in the notes to seller. The linen will be secured on the back using hot glue and fastened with tan felt to protect the embroidery & your walls/ surfaces. In notes to seller please say: whether you would like to keep the colors the same as the example or if you would like different colors used in the design. You can use the
