Crafts

This piece was meticulously embroidered using DMC cotton floss, gold thread, colored metallic threads, fine merino yarns and cotton fabric. It features two girls with 3D Dutch Braids, one a darker brown with some highlights and one a blonde-platinum shade. Sweaters stitched to give a knitted texture effect using fine merino yarns, and stars stitched with gold thread that sparkle in the light. There are also a few stars that are colored using a multicolored metallic thread, to symbolize far away galaxies and nebulas. It is a magical, peaceful yet powerful piece that will draw the eye no matter where it is displayed.
