The bullion stitch is great for embroidering small and thin flower petals like for this clover flower. Use them for dandelions, dahlias, chrysanthemum or daisies! This embroidery stitch is a little bit fiddly to work with. Even I need to take a deep breath when the thread doesn’t want to let go of the needle when I want to pull it through (‘you shall not pass!’ – moments).
