➳✜➵✜➳ ITEM DESCRIPTION ➳✜➵✜➳ This is a slow stitch circle patchwork it is made of recycled linen and vintage cotton it is mostly hand dyed fabric using natural dyes All pieces of fabric have been stitched by hand/slow stitch for additional embellishment I have used various colors of embroidery thread. I adore the Japanese sewing style of mending, repairing and patchwork called Boro. There is something that attracts me to making due and reusing what you may already have into another use. I hope you can appreciate this art, for it is a methodical and planned out process. Each piece has to be imagined and put to work for a new vision other than originally intended, which sometimes requires a fair length of time to create just the right look. This textile project is done with love and patience, certainly not done in a hurried process which is with most things these days. These are made with no exact intended purpose. Use as coasters, mug rugs, add them to your altar tables place them underneath your offering bowls Place them as additional decoration on your jeans, jackets or shirts to repair or cover… Add them to your quilting projects **you will receive this HAND STITCHED patch only, ➳➳➳➳➳ I T E M M E A S U R E M E N T S ➳➳➳➳➳ patch is approximately 3.5 inches X 5 inches ➳➳➳➳➳ A NOTE ON RECLAIMED ITEMS ➳➳➳➳➳ Be aware when purchasing UPCYCLED/RECYCLED items that all items will arrive in A SECOND HAND condition, unless otherwise noted.
